By purchasing products on the pro-ak.store website, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Key Principles of Our Store

We operate with honesty and transparency. It's important to understand our role:

  • We are a marketplace. We provide a platform for the convenient and secure purchase of accounts from various suppliers.
  • Responsibility for Quality. The supplier is responsible for the quality and initial functionality of the product. Our role is to ensure a swift replacement process in case of issues.
  • Transfer of Responsibility. After a successful login and the expiration of the warranty period, all responsibility for the use and security of the account transfers to you.

2. Account Usage Rules (Mandatory)

To avoid immediate account suspension and to maintain your warranty, you must use the correct tools and methods.

What is strictly prohibited:

  • Logging in without a proxy or from a single IP. It is forbidden to log into two or more accounts from the same IP address.
  • Using bad proxies. Free, public, bundled, shared, IPv6, and any tunneling services (VPNs) are prohibited.
  • Using virtual machines. The use of VDS/VPS servers and device emulators is forbidden.

What you must use:

  • Private IPv4 or Mobile proxies that match the account's GEO.
  • Antidetect browsers.

Violation of these rules will void the product warranty.

3. Warranty and Product Replacement

We provide a 24-hour warranty on the functionality of the account upon first login.

  • Replacement. If an account is invalid (incorrect login/password) or was banned before your first login, we will provide a replacement within 24 hours.
  • Refund. A refund is only issued if we are unable to provide a similar product as a replacement.
  • Limitations. Accounts that have been used (e.g., for launching ad campaigns) or purchased by mistake are not eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Support and Order Storage

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (excluding nighttime).

  • Data Storage: Your order history and download links are stored in our system for no more than one month. Please save your purchases immediately.

5. Your Agreement

By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read the product description, our warranty policy, and these terms. You also agree to receive informational emails to the address provided during purchase, from which you can unsubscribe at any time.
