9. Warranty Obligations

9.1. Warranty Period

All purchased accounts are covered by a 24-hour warranty from the moment payment confirmation is received.
The warranty applies in the following cases:

  • Inability to access the account due to technical errors of the store.
  • Mismatch between the product description and the actual product (e.g., missing advertised features, access level discrepancies, etc.).
  • Presence of defects that make account usage impossible (e.g., account suspension due to seller’s actions).

9.2. Refund and Replacement Conditions

A full refund or account replacement is provided if:

  • The user contacts support via Telegram: https://t.me/pro_ak_support within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Proof of defect is provided (screenshots, videos, error logs).
  • The user has not violated the account usage conditions (see section 9.3).
  • The request is reviewed within 48 hours.
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

9.3. Special Account Usage Conditions

The user is required to:

  • Follow the rules of the service associated with the account (e.g., no spam, no multi-accounting, etc.).
  • Not change the account credentials (login, password, email/phone binding) unless explicitly allowed by the seller.
  • Use the account only in the specified region or on the designated device (if such conditions are stated in the product description).

Failure to comply with these conditions voids the warranty.

9.4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply if:

  • The defect is caused by the user (e.g., violating service rules, hacking, sharing account details with third parties).
  • The issue is related to actions of third-party services (e.g., platform-imposed account bans).
  • The account has been partially or fully used (e.g., in-app purchases made, settings changed).

9.5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To resolve warranty-related issues:

  • Contact support via Telegram: https://t.me/pro_ak_support.
  • Provide the order number, purchase date, and a detailed problem description.
  • Attach proof (screenshots, videos).
  • A response is guaranteed within 12 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM MSK).

10. Important Notes

  • The warranty is valid only if all conditions outlined in this policy are met.
  • Consumer protection laws (e.g., the right to return within 14 days) remain in force unless they contradict this section’s conditions.
