Our Guarantee: 24-Hour Validation Period

All accounts in our store come with a 24-hour warranty from the moment of purchase. If you discover an issue within this period, we will provide a replacement or a refund.

The warranty covers the following cases:

  • The account is invalid (incorrect login or password).
  • The account is banned or restricted before your first login.
  • The product does not match its description (e.g., wrong GEO, missing Business Manager, etc.).

Important Exclusions: When the Warranty Does Not Apply

We cannot be responsible for your actions after a successful login. The warranty is void if:

  • An issue arises after you start working with the account (e.g., a ban during ad launch, ad account restrictions, Risk Payment).
  • You used "dirty" or low-quality consumables (public proxies, VCCs with a bad reputation).
  • You violated the usage rules: logged in without an antidetect browser, changed data before letting the account "settle," etc.
  • The account was used for activities that violate the policies of the advertising platform (Facebook, Google, etc.).

Your Responsibility: How to Maintain Your Warranty

To keep your warranty valid, please follow these rules within 24 hours of purchase:

  • Check accounts immediately. Only buy a quantity you can realistically check within the warranty period.
  • Use the right tools. The first login must be done using high-quality proxies (residential or mobile) and an antidetect browser.
  • Do not make changes. Do not change the password, email, or other account data until you have fully verified its functionality.

Step-by-Step Replacement Process (Checklist)

If your case is covered by the warranty, follow these steps for a quick replacement:

  1. Contact support within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. Provide order information: State your order number or the email used for the purchase.
  3. Describe the problem: Clearly explain what is wrong (e.g., "invalid password on 3 out of 10 accounts").
  4. Attach proof: You must provide a screenshot or video recording that shows the issue and the accounts being checked. Specify which proxies and antidetect browser you used.

We review claims within 48 hours, but we usually respond much faster.
