By placing and paying for an order on pro-ak.store, you confirm your full agreement with these Store Rules, Warranty Policy, and technical verification guidelines.
1. General Principles & Store Scope
- Exclusive Single-Buyer Sale: Every account, cookie file, or token string is sold strictly once to a single buyer. Account reuse, resale, or duplication is strictly excluded.
- Service Nature: pro-ak.store provides premium digital consumables and assets for media buying and online advertising.
- Initial Validity: The store guarantees that all accounts are active and valid at the time of delivery, provided proper operational tools and entry protocols are followed.
2. Warranty Inspection & Replacement Terms
- Inspection Window — Exactly 24 Hours: The warranty period is 24 hours from the exact moment of purchase. After 24 hours, items are deemed accepted in full, and validity claims will not be considered.
- Eligible Replacements: Replacements are issued for items with invalid credentials (incorrect login/password), corrupted cookies/2FA keys, or pre-existing suspensions prior to initial buyer entry. In bulk orders, replacements apply exclusively to defective units.
- Compensation Priority: Valid warranty claims are resolved by providing identical replacement items. If an item is out of stock, store credit corresponding to the defective units is credited to the customer's store balance.
- Exclusions from Warranty: Accounts where campaign activities have begun (ad launch, bank card binding, Business Manager creation, pixel connection, or posting) are non-refundable and not eligible for replacement.
3. Buyer Responsibilities & Preserving Warranty
WARNING! Strictly Prohibited:
- Checking accounts via public web checkers or batch third-party scripts (burns sessions from data-center IPs and immediately voids all warranty).
- Changing Facebook passwords, recovery emails, or profile names within the initial 24–48 hours (triggers immediate checkpoint bans).
- Using free VPN services, public proxies, or data-center IPv6 connections.
- Binding one banking card across multiple accounts (cross-linking).
To maintain warranty coverage, the buyer must:
- Use Professional Tools: All inspections and logins must occur inside an antidetect browser (Dolphin{anty}, AdsPower, Octo Browser) with private mobile or residential IPv4 proxies matching the account GEO.
- Manage Purchase Volumes: Only order quantities you can realistically inspect within the 24-hour warranty window. A lack of operational time or technical skill does not extend warranty coverage.

4. Payments, Balances & Support Protocol
- Store Balance: Funds credited to your store account balance (via top-ups or warranty credits) are intended solely for product purchases and cannot be withdrawn to external wallets or cards.
- Direct Payments Only: Transactions must be processed exclusively through official payment gateways on pro-ak.store. We never accept payments via unofficial bots or personal Telegram transfers.
- Support Logging: When encountering an issue, message support immediately, providing your order number, the defective data line, and a clear screenshot inside your antidetect browser.
