User Agreement
1. General Provisions
PRO-AK.STORE guarantees the functionality of accounts, provided that all the rules outlined in the following sections are strictly adhered to.
2. Account Purchase and Verification
- The store guarantees that each account is sold strictly to a single buyer.
- After purchasing an account, the buyer must verify its functionality without delay. Failure to do so may result in the loss of eligibility for a refund or replacement.
- The verification period is 24 hours from the moment the account is received.
3. Warranty and Replacements
- The store guarantees a replacement if the account does not match the stated description.
- A replacement will be provided if login is impossible due to incorrect account credentials.
- A replacement is guaranteed if the account was banned prior to purchase.
- A refund is only possible if a replacement with a similar account is not available. Any transaction fees will be covered by the buyer and deducted from the refund amount.
4. Buyer’s Obligations
- The buyer must comply with the laws of the country where the purchased accounts are used.
- If the buyer modifies the purchased account and then requests a refund or replacement, the request may be denied.
- Upon receiving the account, the buyer is responsible for storing and managing it. The store does not keep account details after purchase.
- The buyer acknowledges and agrees to the guidelines for account login and usage. Violation of these rules voids any replacement or refund claims.
5. Store Policies
- The buyer must not create excessive spam, negative reviews, or false information about the store. The store reserves the right to refuse service at any time without compensation.
- The store does not compensate for additional expenses, third-party services, or any other costs associated with using the purchased account.
- The warranty period starts upon account delivery, even if the buyer lacks the necessary skills to use the product. Lack of experience does not extend the warranty period.
- The buyer cannot request a replacement or refund if the accounts have already been used before making a claim.
- If a refund or replacement is issued, the buyer is prohibited from using the returned/replaced accounts.
6. Payment and Order Issues
- Regardless of store support availability, any issue with an order must be reported immediately upon discovery.
- Funds cannot be withdrawn from the personal account balance.
- Payments cannot be refunded to payment details different from those used in the original transaction.
- Payments through intermediaries, bots, or unauthorized third-party services are strictly prohibited. The store is not responsible for such payments, and funds may be lost without the possibility of a refund.
By making a purchase, the buyer agrees to all the above terms.
